Location was central. The apartment was very clean and extremely well appointed.

Great little apartment with everything you need. Very good to have own parking and a great location.

Heating set too hot for us. Which we didn't realise until late on the first night when we turned it down. Some noise from an event across the road on another night. This didn't go on too late though.

Clean and beautiful. Home from home.

The noise from the barber’s shop downstairs - radio loud early in the morning and throughout day. Woken really early Saturday morning by barber staff slamming the metal gates below. Heard them each day. Also in master bedroom could hear next door neighbours turning light on at 1am … sounded like the old-fashioned bathroom light pull cord. Such a shame as this would put me off returning unless I want to be awake by 6am each day on my holiday. Also on the last night there was a loud arcing sound coming from the ‘detector’ on the narrow wall between the bedrooms. It woke me even though my bedroom door was shut. Was worried about fire risk so that kept me awake.

Lovely apartment, well situated and well appointed, spotlessly clean and the allocated parking space was essential and well located. Great communication too. All in all, a lovely stay in a beautiful town. So many dogs and friendly people.

The sound proofing between the apartment and the barber’s shop downstairs wasn’t really adequate. We could hear music and loud talking quite often during the day.

Great few days in Wells. Apartment was very modern comfy and super clean. We ate in on 2 nights as so cosy. The kitchen was so well thought out Fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine coffee machine plus a fun little quirky addition of auto opening bins. Full bathroom had both a bath and walking shower and was fitted to a very high standard. Master bedroom also had a good sized shower with WC. The overall look and feel of the apartment was modern clean but functional. A lot of thought had clearly gone into the design and layout. Don't be put off by the allocated parking space being behind building it really is just a 2min walk from the front door. If I had just one little query it was that the barbers below could be a little noisy. However the owner has said that she will monitor this going forward.

Perfect for our trip, a few days in north Norfolk - a very convenient, well decorated and pleasant apartment. We ate out in the evenings but could easily have eaten in the apartment as the kitchen was fully equipped. Having a dedicated parking place was a big bonus.
