Casa bastante acolhedora e confortável. Cozinha bem equipada. Facilidade de estacionamento. Boa localização.

Falta de cabo de ligação à box, o que não permitiu ter acesso a outros canais televisivos, nomeadamente, canais destinados a crianças. Falta de pressianas ou blackouts origina a um acordar madrugador, o que para estadias mais longas poderá ser problemático para quem tem crianças.
