FRSuper accueil de l’hôte qui est très gentille. Le Onsen est parfait pour 2, la maison est très propre, dans les pièces communes comme dans la chambre. Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Bon emplacement à quelques minutes à pied du centre !
ESIt was amazing! The private onsen was perfect to unwind after a long day, and the common spaces were comfortable and beautiful. The room was spacious and super comfortable :)

AUDespite me having no internet and missing a train and getting to the bus station late with no way to make it to Kusatsu; the owner was courteous enough to offer to come pick me up and bring me to BUNA Kusatsu. Which I am eternally grateful for. She was lovely
The beds and pillow were quite firm and quite different from what I am used to in Australia. Other than that, I quite enjoyed my stay
JPThe hotel was beautiful, extremely clean, and very convenient. The kitchen and shared space was particularly clean, well stocked, and nice to use. The staff were helpful and incredibly kind and polite. The small onsen was wonderful to use and very peaceful. Overall, I was extremely happy staying here and would whole heartedly recommend it.
The only issue was the location as it is a little far from the center of the city and walking back goes up some steep hills. It's understandable though for the price, so I was still happy overall.
