Luxury One-Bedroom Apartment with Ocean View

The location of the condo was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our morning coffee as we looked out to the beautiful sounds and views of the ocean.

I don't think there is anything that could be done to make it better. It was a warm week, with a lot of humidity. This can't be helped. The humidity affects some of the aesthetics, which can't be helped. I would stay here again if given the chance.

I loved the view and the beach at this Condo. I also like the location, it’s pretty central but out far enough to not feel like you’re in the center of town.

I didn’t like the construction going on at the condo. It’s was very loud and disruptive. I also didn’t like the uncleanliness of the condo. The kitchen was not clean. The rest of the condo was decent on cleanliness. I also didn’t like that the host came to collect money that I thought I already paid….he showed up telling me he never got payment for this condo even though I had received all the instructions and codes to use this. I had a charge showing I paid for a condo but he insisted it was not them, even though they granted us access to everything for a week. He came the last night before check out.

The location is wonderful, and the house is well maintained.

There is no AC in the bedroom, and the AC in the living room does not appear to be sufficient to cool down the entire apartment. The description online (photos etc) does not agree with the actual apartment. Due to construction, there is no ocean view. This was never conveyed ahead of my travel. Also, lots of automatically generated emails that contains little information.
