Stairs no lift
KEKitchen well equiped.
1) kitchen towel and utensils scorching pad have seen many months( unhigienic to use them) 2) Toilet seat needs bolting( fixing) 3) Very SLIPPERY TILES on bathroom floor. An accident waiting to happen. 4) Sophia seats in seating room need cleaning and fitted with covers. 5) Located on 4th floor with no Lift, it's unsuitable for seniors like me.
