GBGBThis hotel was rubbish, even though they said it’s a new hotel, opened up 4 months ago, this hotel is absolutely disgusting. I booked this hotel for 21 days however ended up leaving after 5 days, that’s how poor it is.
Bed bugs in the mattresses Couldn’t provide basic necessities such as hairdryer Rude staff Bathroom fan didn’t work Rooms were dusty No warm/hot water Water leaked from windows due to rain & they didn’t clean it House keeping took 40+ minutes to arrive whenever called Towels were stained & bedsheets had stains when we checked in Lastly, I cancelled the booking but they refused to return 30,000 PKR and kept it for themselves. The managers & owner were dishonest. They also pleaded us not to write a bad review of them, I hope you find yourself another hotel and don’t waste your money on this rubbish hotel.
