Everything was perfect! Recently renovated apartment. Next to old town and port.

Sometimes there is a noise from railway station not too loud.

I needed a quiet place to stay for one night with a quick access to the ferry, so I found this apartment perfect. The host was spot on with communication, easy self check-in. Location is good, walking distance to the bus and ferry terminals, beaches and old town.

118€ a night is a lot of money for a small basic apartment, but everything in Split is expensive so…

De airco en de ligging van het appartement. Parkeren is gratis, maar plek vinden is niet altijd makkelijk. Verder lag het bed goed en was de badkamer erg mooi.

Als je op de bank zit, heb je niet echt een plek waar je je drinken neer kan zetten. Met 2 personen na elkaar douchen is niet handig.

Location! We arrived by bus from Zagreb and took the ferry to Dubrovnik when we left. This apartment was just a quick walk to both. Close to restaurants and the center of town. Never saw the hosts, but they were so communicative! (Great restaurant recos). Checkin and checkout was easy! Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant location for access to split old town bars , boats and restaurants on foot which were very good. Apartment was a perfect modern property which was ideal for 2 persons. Would stay here again 🥰

Owner is really nice, location is perfect (close to the centre) and there was a parking spot blocked of for us. Also, the appartment was really clean and comfortable. This is your best option for Split.

Location: Directly behind the train/bus station on a quiet street. Fairly easy walk (slight incline) and Split taxis charge 20 euro minimum, Uber or Bolt around 8-10 euro to get to your room. Green Market/Old Town are an easy 500 meters walk away. Personally, I prefer staying a short walking distance to tourist centers - much more peaceful and quieter. I visited in May and apparently it is shoulder to shoulder sardine packed in July & August, no thank you. Hosts: Sent very clear instructions in advance (with photos!) on how to get keys, etc. Room: Modern Rooms is NOT a misnomer, large room with very nice furnishings and extra touches like a provided Netflix channel and bottles of water in the refrigerator. The kitchen has a small refrigerator with freezer (ice tray), dishwasher, induction stove, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, spices, etc. The bed was super comfy, and the TV pulled out so you could lounge in bed watching your favorite show after a day of sightseeing. Modern Rooms Maja & Inka was thoughtfully and tastefully furnished, with extra touches (umbrellas by the front door, full length mirror, heated towel rack, black out curtains, lots of outlets, etc.) and I would gladly stay here again.

The room was well-decorated and clean. The check-in process was straightforward. The host is accommodating and allows early check-in when possible. They provided tea, coffee, and two bottles of water for us. We booked the smaller room, which did not include a kitchen, but it was equipped with a boiler.

There was no door in the shower, allowing water to escape easily while showering. A storage water heater was used; it would be better if an instant water heater were installed.
