Designer Penthouse with Rooftop Deck Near Downtown and Lookout Mtn

Very nicely decorated, lots of little extra touches that made it feel like home. The owner truly did not forget anything. The rooftop deck was awesome. We spent our evenings up there playing games that the owner had provided in the apartment.

Water pressure was low, but I’m sure not the fault of the owner. The place overall was clean except the floors. The floors need some extra cleaning.

The apartment was very modern, clean and neat. It was kinda small but bigger than a hotel room. For 2 people it would be perfect, we just had more. The shower was lovely, but not a lot of water pressure, still got the job done. Close to town. Same road the aquarium is on. Within minutes to nearly everything! My only negative was the stairs. 3 flights to the rooftop. Carrying all the bags was not fun. Had to make several trip

It was convenient to downtown

One of the bed frames was broken and was unusable for 2 people as stated in the add. I alerted management who did come but the problem not resolved

Location was great & the place was super clean!

The Penthouse design is everything. Steps were a hard pull.

There is too much light in the daytime.

Beautiful penthouse apartment 😍 I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family!!!
