"Un hotel normal con cositas por mejorar"

tienen una terraza muy bonita donde se ven los volcanes

Que la puerta del hotel está siempre cerrada y tenian la cerradura en mal estado y por ese motivo se rompió la llave de la puerta para entrar y tenía que tocar para poder entrar y no me quisieron entregar otra llave y si lo hacían me querían cobrar por la llave

Un desastre total! No tiene ni el nombre afuera para uno orientarse

Me dejaron en la calle, yo había hecho una reserva con 20 días de anticipación, estuve en contacto con ellos 7 días antes para consultar el método de pago y el día que llegue a hospedarme me dicen que ellos le dieron mi habitación a otra persona porque me escribieron cuando venia en el avión y no pude responder, me escribieron el mismo día de la reserva, 3 horas antes de ingresar! Me dejaron en la calle, la chica super grosera, incluso se reía de mi y ni situación. Que mala experiencia!
