Clean, well kept, great location, staff was very prompt with sending information about the stay (passcodes, etc.)

위치는 택시를 타고 가서 특별히 좋고 싫고가 없었습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗이 정돈되어 있었습니다. 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 생각보다 넓었구요.

다만 저녁에 외풍이 많이 있었어요. 참문이 샷시가 아니라 옛날 창문이더라구요. 샷시를 하시면 더 좋을 듯요. 옆 방인지 윗집인지 코고는 소리가 너무 잘 들려 잠을 설쳤답니다.

Perfect for 4 people. Cozy, with great access to Lotte World and Seokchon Lake via bus and metro. Plenty of local and international dining options nearby. Chloe, the host, is amazing!

Everything except the steps to the bathroom. Grateful to be able to leave luggage before and after checkout.

If there had been grabrails on the bit round the bathroom door, it would have been perfect. It would be very easy to add to wooden surround to door.

"The atmosphere was so excellent pretty. Even though it was a semi-basement, it didn't feel humid."

All instructions were already provided. Chloe, the lady in charge, regularly checked in with residents to ensure everything was satisfactory. She is awesome!

I did not know that the unit is in the basement. It might be my mistake, but I did not see it in the property details. The unit number starts with B, but I didn't catch it.
