A very cosy and lovely flat in an excellent location — walking distance to the city centre, a beautiful park, and universities. The area is lively, with plenty of cafés and shops nearby. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and has everything you might need for a short stay, including thoughtful essentials like tea, coffee, and basic supplies. The host was extremely responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great place and quite a lively area to , added and extra night so I didnt have to rush out .

Excellent communication with host. Easy access. Fabulous location as we were near the museum and city centre, yet in quiet part of Cardiff. Lovely to have plenty of hot water and nice to be able to control the heating very easily. A well thought out apartment making our stay very comfortable. Thank you. Will recommend.

I hadn't thought about parking. We were lucky and managed to find a space quite near to the apartment but it might be something to consider. Having said that there is paid parking around.

The location is fantastic. Although it’s not in the city centre, it’s still very easy to get there on foot, or you can take a cab or the train—the station is just outside. The area feels very safe, with lots of students around, and there are plenty of nice cafés and shops nearby. We preferred having dinner in the apartment, and there’s a Lidl just a five-minute walk away, as well as a small Co-op right across the road, which was very convenient. The owner is extremely helpful and always just a phone call away. When we needed pots, they brought new ones immediately, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself isn’t particularly luxurious, but it includes thoughtful essentials you don’t always find in holiday rentals, such as salt, olive oil, and an iron, which made our stay much more comfortable.

The apartment could have been cleaner, especially considering it was advertised as a luxury property. When I dropped an earring beside the sofa, I noticed a significant amount of dirt underneath the seat cushions, which was disappointing. The cupboard where the pots are stored could also benefit from a thorough clean. While the apartment included many useful essentials, it would have been nice to have breakfast bowls available. That said, I’m confident the owner would have provided them if I had asked. There were no windows that could be opened, possibly for safety reasons. However, for stays longer than a day, having the option to open a window for fresh air would make a big difference to overall comfort.
