Toan Thang Beach Hotel - 100m to the beach

Hotel bardzo blisko plaży. Piękny widok w restauracji serwujacej śniadanie na 11 piętrze.

Mało pomocny personel hotelu. Trudno uzyskać jakąkolwiek informację.

Khách sạn có vị trí tốt trong tầm giá, rất gần bãi biển, khu phố sầm uất, đồ trong phòng sạch sẽ, có ăn sáng cơ bản. Mình đi chơi cả ngày chỉ về ngủ 1 đêm nên thấy hài lòng với giá tiền.

Đây có vẻ là 1 khách sạn gia đình quản lý, mọi người khá thân thiện nhưng không chuyên nghiệp, nhân viên không có đồng phục. Khi mình đến không có nhân viên hỗ trợ hành lý. Trước cửa khách sạn là quán trà đá khá mất mỹ quan. Về cơ sở vật chất thì khá tốt, nếu quản lý và vận hành chuyên nghiệp sẽ nâng tầm khách sạn, nhưng do vận hành chưa tốt nên giảm tầm của khách sạn đi. Kết luận thì mình thấy đây là lựa chọn khá tốt trong tầm giá

Central location, close to the beach, friendly hotel owner, will come back if I visit Da Nang again.

Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve soept on in my life, dead cockroach in the bathroom and constant loud noise from guests at early hours of the morning. WiFi was also really poor unable to do basic tasks on the internet

The location was good, walking distance to the beach (around 5mins) and lots of shops, restaurants, salons etc within close walking distance. The staff were friendly too.

On arrival the lift wasn't working which was inconvenient given our room on the 5th floor and our heavy bags. It was fixed within several hours of arrival then broke down again on the same day which indicates poor maintenance and management - an overall theme. The room size was decent (we booked one with 2 beds for the extra space). We booked sea view but it wasn't really much of a view of the sea - more a tease. The room has signs of wear and evidence of damp in the walls. We encountered a moth infestation in the bathroom too and had to kill around 10+. The breakfast choice was poor, not fresh nor labelled so it won't be suitable for anyone with allergies because there is also no-one to ask what anything else. We didn't eat breakfast there once despite it being booked with our stay. Overall, given the price of this place and places nearby (which I also viewed), this place was not worth booking. We ended up leaving after 2 nights despite booking for 5.

Tracy at the reception was exceptional. She was patient not over awed by our queries & went out of her way to help us with our check-in. She did all our bookings with a smile & even messaged whenever she needed to. This hotel is in good hands with her at the reception.
