Net curtains on windows. No proper closing curtains so the sun streamed in at 4am. Hence we didn’t get a very good sleep

We booked this for a weekend away in London, as we had an event in Soho and Wembley over the course of the weekend, so the location was perfect for us, close to an underground. The property is a 2 bedded house, converted into small 'flats' with its own mini Kitchen (Sink, Microwave, Fridge, Toaster, Mugs, Cutlery and Condiments), a reasonable sized Bathroom with Sink, Toilet + Shower. It was a comfortable stay and did what it needed to do for our weekend away. On arrival the Key was located in a Key safe on the side of the property so you could access your room. Nice touches with free bottles of water.

The curtains are a mesh type, which lets light in and doesn't feel very private, could do with a blind on the windows as well as the mesh curtains, or new curtains that allow for a bit more privacy. The windows are a little old and was hard to open and close them properly. The boiler did make a noise that woke me up the first night through the evening. I brought my own tower fan and was glad as there was not a lot of air ventilation and it got quite warm in the room.

They are very helpful, and prepared tea and water, it was very good.

Clean, free parking outside

I don't see why the key box has to be hidden in that location. I have a great fear of spiders and it is a summer day so there were a couple of spiders blocking the way to getting the key. It was a terrible and overwhelming experience. Am I supposed to overcome my fear during this stay? And another thing is that it's a day during a heatwave. There is no air conditioning in the room but just a small fan which only serves 1 side of the bed while sleeping. Personally at least 1 more fan is needed for the other side of the bed. It's so hot inside the room

This very convenient room is located in a typical detached house in the area on a quiet street. It is a 15-minute walk from Hendon station on the Northern Line. It is very clean and well maintained. It does not have air conditioning, but even though we stayed there in July, we did not need it. On the plus side, coffee is provided free of charge.

The only negative is that it did not have dark curtains to completely darken the room.

Quiet road, easy parking .Nice added touch of bottled water and snack, tea and coffee.

Curtains are on the thin side

Lovely and clean. Lots of little personal touches, really nice.

Location of key box under bushes. We had arrived later than expected and there didn’t seem to be a working light in the hallway.
