Could hear people in adjacent rooms talking at 2/3am. It wasn’t loud talking.

No dinner table or chairs. No heating in the shower room. Poor cleaning. Stairs were very dirty.

Very cold when we entered, and there was a problem with the shower draining. The owners responded very promptly though.
