This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Casa Rosa MTB paradise in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The rate does not include towels and bed line. You can use your own or rent them on site at the following additional cost: EUR 8 per person per stay. To request rental, you must contact the property before arrival. Arrivals between 18:00 and 23:00 have an extra charge of EUR 5. Arrivals between 23:00 and 00:00 have an extra charge of EUR 50. In case of arrivals after midnight there is an extra charge of EUR 100. All request for late arrival must be confirm by the property. A deposit may be required at the property.
