The welcoming you get from Naomi and the staff is brilliant

Disappointed that all you could get this time was continental breakfast but hey ho there's a great cafe just around the corner

It is in a great location with great transport links into the main stretch of Blackpool. Breakfast in the morning which is included in the price was a lovely little touch, I didn't get much information when we checked in due to it being in the evening and the pub being rather busy so it was a nice surprise to have it bought to the room.the staff were very helpful and friendly towards myself and the kids.

Parking was an issue, states their is parking and with it being a pub I just presumed there would be ample space for the 5 rooms available, to arrive and find the car park has about 8 spaces so it's limited, parking was available on the street near by. Was also a little loud downstairs in the put with singers, trying to get the kids to sleep was difficult but that is just something I will keep in mind about booking weekend nights in a pub.

Got a cut nose from the toilet in the bar area wasn’t clean shower was horrendous and dangerous would never recommend it to anyone

managed to get a shower Stored our luggage for a few hours Beds in the room seemed fine and fairly comfortable

had to leave the accommodation at 10.15pm at night to find alternative accommodation due to the noise from live rock band below as we had no other option with a 3 year old child trying to sleep. The accommodation was accessed by a back door where the kitchen staff came in and out. The corridors all smelled of smoke. The shower was a very basic electrical shower with heat but not much power Breakfast was included but apparently they left a continental breakfast outside your room in the morning although we left at night. We messaged hotel online asking for a refund but received this message back ‘ Unfortunately we are above a pub. We have artist on.’ The rooms may work for someone who wants to go out on the town and come back early morning but certainly didn’t suit a family.

I didn't like the breakfast at all. Was not what I thought I had paid for.

For the cost of the booking I had expected a normal breakfast rather than a couple of croissants and a few biscuits, an orange and a banana. Especially for them to be left outside the room on the floor. Was told it would arrive at 9am so I stood at the door waiting for 10 mins as didn't want to wake the children, but it didn't arrive so decided to get in the shower (it then arrived). As there were dogs in the hotel I didn't really want the breakfast to be left on the floor. Given that the pub serves food, I was expecting a little bit more than this, so was very disappointed.

Great staff, lovely area, friendly locals. We'll be back.

very good continental breakfast. was clean and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and friendly. large spacious room

better facility to eat breakfast in the room would be nice. not to keen on walking past kitchen at rear entrance. not a complaint but obvious ongoing improvements to room.
