We paid our dollars at the reception and registered our stay without looking location of the room. As soon as the Bellboy started climbing staircase we stopped him and asked him for a first floor ( ground floor ) room. Rooms were full. The Hotel Munis reception returned us full amount immediately. We r very much thankful to them for their hassle free service.

Booking.com is a very big organisation. Alas they are not interested for Seniors. They should have a section on lift availablity. It will help us to save our time in selecting a room.

The hotel was great, very clean and calm, the most important is their nice service, they helped me for finding some places. Very nice people. Also, the location is perfect. In a very beautiful area and you can find other tourist attractions around the hotel. Surely, I recommend the hotel.

Good location in the main square. New property. That’s all the good with it.

Bathroom not well cleaned. Mold in the fridge. We can rate the breakfast because when we went to the restaurant “room” (just 4 tables for 9 rooms) they were either occupied or with remaining from previous customers (and we got there well in time); the waitress just replaced some of the items to eat on the table and left many of the leftovers. Just a small coffee, then service disappeared and we had to go to the reception to ask for more. Negative experience overall, bad management although the location has a great potential.

Munis Hotel is located in the center of Bukhara's most popular tourist attractions. The staffs are very polite and pleasant. If you are traveling with a group of 4, I recommend you request rooms 4 & 5 as its layout fits the best for family stays. For breakfast, you will be greeted with traditional Uzbek breakfasts which might be a new experience. Overall, the room is clean with air conditionong and refridgeration functional. 10/10
