Some things need updating
LBI arrived at the hotel at the scheduled check-in time, but the hotel staff refused to allow us to check in, even though we had a confirmed reservation that was non-refundable. Despite presenting the reservation details, they did not provide any valid explanation and simply no available Room. As a result, we were forced to find alternative accommodation unexpectedly, which caused significant inconvenience.
