Shower water took forever to just get warm Not enough towels or toiletries supplied in the room The bed was set up like a cot and squeaked every time you barely moved and it was hard as a rock I had to call the hotel just to get someone to come up to the front desk after ringing the bell The outside doors on the side of the building that required a key card were broken and anyone could get in The bed had hairs and dirt in it

Room was not very clean and the beds are rock hard. Bathroom door had a hole in it and you could see in my room from the outside through the peep hole. Had to cover it with a bandaid.

My room was DISGUSTING, house keeping didn’t bring me new towels or toilet paper had to buy my own, then I was accused of smoking marijuana in the room, But when I forst got there that’s all you could smell. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone horrible service
USThe breakfast was continental. They should have included hard-boiled eggs, in my opinion. And instead of blueberry bagels, there should've been cinnamon-raisin bagels.
The 3rd-floor room that I originally booked could not be reached from the elevator without descending a short flight of stairs, which made it all but impossible for the luggage cart... And although this did not affect me, I can't believe that the elevator only goes to the first and third floors, completely bypassing the 2nd floor. There's only one elevator for the entire hotel. In order to access it on the first floor, one has to walk through rather dingy halls. The interior of the elevator itself is sloppy, for lack of a better word.
