All the side doors were left cracked open at all times because the keyless entry didn’t work. Also after I stayed for a month you won’t return my $50 deposit. I’m not the first person you have done this to. And when I said something about getting clean towels to the house keeping lady the front desk got shitty and loud with me saying I need to come ask them. Well I’m disabled and you put me in room 114 which was on the other side of the building. And no phones in the room. I’ll never come back and I’ve let my cousin know not to stay there and he owns a business that travels a lot from out of state to Kokomo and the usually rent 8 rooms for at least 3 weeks so you lost out there. I told him super 8 or days inn not bliss point.

The access doors have no security; anyone can enter without a card. The room smelled terrible. The bed, which was advertised as king-size, was very small. There was only one towel, no chairs or armchairs to rest on, and no blanket. The doors don't have extra locks on the inside, and there's too much noise in the hallway.
