GBLocation was close to New Delhi railway station which was convenient for a late check in after a long train.
Not a 4* hotel- floor was not clean, furniture was all chipped and the towels were so dirty I couldn’t use them. Made me wonder if they’d just folded them up after the last guest and put them back as they were still damp and had stains all over as well as holes. Bed sheets were clean but had hairs on them. My father had a cockroach in his room. Fine for a short stay but not relaxing.

It was dirty and unclean, toilets were not cleaned well, staff were not trained. The straws of which the juice came was so dirty and they touched the straws with their dirty hands when serving it to us. Staff didn’t know what they were doing and walked inside the room with their jogging shoes. It was disgusting since the room didn’t have carperts. I had a terrible food poisoning and fell sick after having their food at night the first meal we had.
