AUEben Haezer was an incredible villa to stay in. It looks exactly like the photos and felt extremely comfortable. The facilities were well-maintained, all surfaces clean, beautiful decor, and many amenities were provided right down to the comfortable slippers, mosquito lamp, and drinking water dispenser. The memory foam pillow was great, the bed a little firmer. The villa manager was also extremely responsive and easily contactable on whatsapp even though she was recovering from a hospital stay! We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners, and they are such a lovely and generous couple. The villa is located in a more secluded area but was only a short ride away from the Central Ubud area.
The only thing that could be improved is a bit more attention to detail - on the day of check-in, our bathroom soap had run out and the mosquito lamp wasn't working. These were addressed upon request. We did run out of drinking water from the water dispenser one morning and we had requested this to be refilled; however, it was not done even though housekeeping had come to turn over the room. Unfortunately we only learnt of this when we arrived home at 11:30pm and it was too late to get help, but thankfully the plastic tank had sufficient water at the very bottom when we pulled it out manually. While a bit distressing, the rest of our stay was extremely enjoyable and one of our favorite parts of the holiday was relaxing in this gorgeous villa.

ESNos encantó la piscina y la posibilidad de tener una villa y estar tranquilos. Nos gustó que eran puntuales para traer el desayuno que es variado y además las instalaciones estaban genial. La ubicación estaba a 10 minutos en moto del centro y además se podía aparcar en la puerta.
Es cierto que se escuchan tanto a los vecinos como los ruidos de los animales que hay en el exterior. A su vez, también entra constante olor a quemado y humo de los vecinos.

ATWe absolutely loved our stay at Villa Eben Haezer in Ubud! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality that we immediately felt at home. The villa itself is beautifully designed, blending traditional Balinese charm with modern comfort. Every corner was thoughtfully decorated and immaculately clean. Waking up to the sounds of nature, surrounded by lush greenery, was truly magical. The pool was a perfect spot to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings after a day of exploring Ubud. The location was great – close enough to town for easy access, but far enough to enjoy total tranquility. We also really appreciated the delicious breakfasts and the attention to detail throughout our stay. Villa Eben Haezer is a true sanctuary – peaceful, beautiful, and full of heart. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay in Ubud.
