Dudley Creek RV Resort

We were in town for a basketball tournament, which meant our schedule was all up in the air. Lisa called me so I could do what I call "contactless check in" because I had already pre paid. She sent an email with my mini cabin # and door code that way we could check in at our leisure! It was wonderful (and she was so sweet and helpful)! The cabin was CLEAN and comfy & beautifully decorated and had all amenities needed. Everything was beautiful. The couple things we ran out of or forgot to pack was EASILY replaced by walking to the store right next door. We were right on the road and was concerned with road noise but it was not a problem at all. We didn't get to utilize the fire pit or grill but I wished we had time, and we plan to come back so will use them next time for sure. This is my new favorite place to stay!

This place was really great! My only mentions, and believe me these aren't big things at all, was that upon entering the pine sol smell was so strong it gave me an instant headache. And it didn't really dissipate much the one night we were there. Don't get me wrong, the place was CLEAN, and I appreciate that sooooo much, but a milder scented cleaner would be nice for those of us that are scent sensitive. When we got home our clothes and luggage even smelled like pine sol from just one night. My other mention is the love seat really isn't enough for 4 people. If we wanted to sit around and watch tv and unwind as a family of 4, 2 could sit on the love seat but the other two had to either sit in the floor or the hard barstools provided. Again, we still want to come back, we loved this place and in no way would lack of seating deter us, just throwing it out to think about if/when the seats get wore out and need changed, maybe look into a mini sectional or love seat with chaise for families who actually like sitting together.

Perfect location, just 3 minute drive to Rocky Top Sports World for a volleyball tournament. Tiny home was just the amount of room we needed. Dollar General is right next to the property for anything you might have forgotten. Trolley Stop is also right there.

Don’t have any complaints.

This property was cozy, clean, and beautiful…easy to find and close to everything…the strip was literally maybe 3 mins up the road….the beds were comfortable, I never wanted to get up…so worth the money and more…

Everything was excellent and Lisa the manager was superb…it seemed like I knew her for years…

Place is very nice and clean

Me and my husband loved it ! Gotta come back again soon !
