DEWe spend 2 days here in Badulla and the team of the Crown regency is very friendly, professional and helpfull.They picked us from the Railwaystation and were every time very attentive. For example our waiter recognize that I can't eat to spicy so he payed attention that every dinner is less spicy. The rooms are very nice furnished ,clean and air conditioned. All in all the hotel is very clean and well kept. We would come here again- keep it up!👌😊 Thank you very much for our pleasant stay🙏 Ronnie & Sabine
GBLKLKEverything was good..but we can't rate about the food because we didn't have meals from the hotel. The take a way breakfast could be improved further.
The take a way breakfast could have been better because we had paid for the breakfast (BB basis) It could have been better had there been drivers accommodation.
