Mount view beach house

Excellent location, 5 min walk from the beach! Beautiful view of Mt. Mangaunui, Selection of board games, Kitchen utensils were abundant.

the apartment was definitely not 120sqm as described. Felt more like 60sqm. Also, many of the plug points in the apartment didn't work, while the 2nd bedroom had no accessible plug points to charge a phone etc. The 'clean' utensils had oil stains on them. The apartment is very old; bathroom window doesn't close at all. The hot water pressure in the shower is very low. Overall, very disappointing for the steep rate that we paid.

Great location - very central and easy parking. Great that a portacot could be provided.

Advertised as having air conditioning but didn't - instead needed to use 4x heaters to keep the house warm enough in middle of winter. Old electrics in the property which didn't cope well with this and so fuses kept blowing. Got given the wrong code to the lockbox so couldn't get in for half an hour while waiting to get hold of property manager.

Great location with a lovely big back yard

Could have been a little bit cleaner. It has lovely big windows but sadly they needed a good clean. Balcony needed sweeping. The outdoor table under the awning was great but the ground it’s sat on needs attention. Over all tho we had such a great week tho but these were things we just thought could do with some attention
