The place and rooms are very well thought out. There’s even a washer outside (before the patio/terrace) which is really convenient for rinsing off sand from your feet. There’s also a griller available for everyone’s use, which is a nice touch. The toilet is very spacious, and the kitchen is also big and fully equipped with utensils for prepping, cooking, and cleaning up. A mini fridge is provided as well, and the TV is a good size for the room, with accounts already set up for easy viewing. WiFi was very reliable throughout our stay. The host, Eve, is super accommodating and kind. She even provided free snacks during our stay as a thoughtful gesture because of the heavy rain. We mostly just took short walks along the shore since the weather wasn’t ideal, and she was very attentive—making sure guests were safe and well-informed. The only small comment I have is about the glass sliding doors. If they were tinted or one-way for privacy, it would make the experience even better. The view outside is really cozy, but at times it felt like we were a bit exposed. That said, there are blackout curtains available on the doors, so we still felt safe and secure when needed. The location is about a 4-hour drive from Pasig, mostly along highways, and it’s easy to find. There’s also just a short walk from the rooms going to the beach. Overall, it was a great stay. We really enjoyed it and would definitely come back again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The place is very clean, and the towels and linens smell fresh, just like in a hotel. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the air conditioners work perfectly, keeping the rooms cool and comfortable. The owner, Ms. Eve, is very sincere, accommodating, and thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised when she served us delicious kakanin and rice coffee. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this villa to others!"

The only downside was the beach itself, as the water was not very clear and there was quite a bit of trash in the area. However, despite this, we still enjoyed our time at the beach and had a wonderful stay overall. The villa, amenities, and warm hospitality more than made up for it.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The host was incredibly hospitable, considerate, and always quick to address any concerns we had, which made our experience smooth and stress-free. The property itself was pristine and very well-maintained. Everything we needed was readily available, making it feel like a true home away from home. Its location is also a big plus—being near the beach made it even more enjoyable and convenient for us.

It is new, spacious, and very clean, and has big comfortable beds and everything we needed in the kitchen. Ms Eve, the host, was gracious and very helpful.

Not in the property itself but the neighbor’s roosters crowed at odd hours and their caretakers played really loud rock music before 6am our first morning there. They didn’t anymore the following morning after the host asked them not to. The roosters still crowed though.

We loved everything! I was skeptic when I booked our room but it turned out good! We had a spacious room with two beds. You could tell that it's newly built. Everything was squeaky clean. The wifi is fast. Every room has a kitchen at the back which has everything you need. The marketplace was a few minutes drive from the location which has everything you need for your outing foods. There's free water pa. There's even a space outside your room where you can play games with friends. We were assisted by the owner which was very responsive and kind. The best part is that it's just a few walks away from the beach (beside Crystal beach) and it's free! We loved our stay, di lang namin nasulit because we attended a wedding at Crystal beach. We will definitely go back and will recommend this with our friends.. I hope it will be maintained. ☺️
