The rooms are too small, resembling prison cells with no windows, and feature cheap plastic feel blankets. The bed frame is so cheap that it moves a lot and is noisy, bouncing against the wall. I called the owner to raise my concern about the size of the room. I was surprised that instead of trying to find a solution, he mentioned that I could upgrade for an extra cost. I asked if I could cancel but he said NO. This is the low season, there were only two guests in the entire hotel, and all rooms were empty. Seriously? no desire to keep their guest happy? No chance to cancel or change room even if it's empty? To me, it means just business greed.
