It’s great location if you want to visit Cinque Terre. The ferry terminal is walkable distance and the train station is not far away. You can park your car in the train station for free. The host is very friendly and helpful, he provided us good suggestions. We had great time there and Cinque Terre.

Meine Frau und ich haben einen Aufenthalt für 5 Nächte in der Camera 1 gehabt und uns überaus wohlgefühlt. Die über Booking.com einsehbaren Bilder stimmen zu 100 % mit der Realität überein. Das von uns bewohnte Zimmer ist sehr stillvoll und modern eingerichtet und das Badezimmer war überaus sauber. Die Sauberkeit der gesamten Wohnung ist neben der modern wohnlichen Einrichtung besonders positiv hervorzuheben. Auch die warme und überaus herzliche Betreuung durch die Gastgeber in allen erdenklichen Belangen und Fragen ist an dieser Stelle extra zu erwähnen, wofür ich mich explizit und nochmals bedanken möchte. Wir werden diesen Aufenthalt in sehr angenehmer Erinnerung behalten und kommen sicherlich wieder. Eigentlich verdient die Unterkunft mindestens 11 von 10 Punkten ! Schön zu sehen, dass es auch Gastgeber gibt, die vom ganzen Herzen für ihre Gäste da sind, weiter so.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Sea Pearl Luxury Rooms — the room was well designed, modern, spotless, great A/C, free street parking in front, and close to the Migliarina train station to go to cinque terre which was much quieter and easier to park than céntrale. We appreciated the daily housekeeping, stocked mini bar fridge with reasonable prices and coffee/tea. Also try Andree restaurant when you’re in La Spezia, can’t recommend it enough!
