El hotel muy lindo con un pequeño spa muy bueno. El personal excelente! Me olvidé una cajita con collares y me lo mandaron al hotel de Tokio encargándose de todo!! Gracias 🤩

We had a very nice and confortable stay, room.s are big and well set up with a spacious bathroom and nice terrasse. Amazing beds the room is very dark so we slept so well. Amazi g to have a fridge and some kitchen facilities as well as washing machine.The hotel offers great sauna, cold pool, jacuzzi and various pools which are very nice. Design of the hotel is very beautiful. Employees are very helpful and friendly. A bit far from city center but you can drive or easily order a taxi.

Some music all the time, a bit loud, we are not used to it as french residents. Also we would have liked to have some Japanese food options offered by the hotel.

新築の施設だったのですごく設備が綺麗でした。 部屋も広く、沖縄のホテルには珍しく湯船があったのが嬉しかったです。ま他、沖縄のホテル特有で家電が部屋に揃っているので、濡れた水着を洗って次の日にすぐに使うことが出来ました。

お風呂が汚れていたので、使用前に自分で掃除する必要がありました。施設が新しいので、まだ建築中の施設が多かった事と、寒い日や雨の日はホテルの外にある施設は全く使えませんでした。掃除も毎日入ってくれた方が嬉しいです。
