Mani view luxury house

Stor fräsch, nyrenoverad och smakfullt inredd lägenhet med två sovrum och snyggt badrum. Ja, lägenheten är faktiskt mycket mysigare än bilderna visar, så vi blev glatt överraskade. Bra AC i alla rum (utom badrummet) och eluttag precis överallt, något man sällan är bortskämd med i Grekland. Mycket sköna sängar. Lägenheten har gott om fönster och en fin balkong med utsikt över hamnen och restaurangerna längs strandpromenaden. Ja, läget kunde inte vara bättre. Och även om det blev livligt utanför sent på kvällen blev det tyst inomhus när vi stängde dörrarna mot balkongen. Vi lagade frukost i köket (och åt på den fina balkongen) men är inte helt säkra på hur köket fungerar för större måltider. Härligt bad från klippor (badstegar) en kort promenad bort, perfekt för ett kvällsdopp. Kan inte annat än rekommendera.

Lite svårt att hitta då Google visade oss helt fel. Väldigt varmt i badrummet.

La casa está súper bien situada, con balcón al puerto y terraza grande y tranquila para cenar y desayunar. Las camas son comodísimas, con colchones de muy buena calidad. Muy bien decorada y muy limpia. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. Personal muy amable para checkin/out. Cuando llegamos estaba el aire puesto y la casa fresquita, algo que agradecimos mucho en pleno mes de julio.Se puede aparcar muy cerca con facilidad.

Lovely welcome from the host, Amanda. Very clean, comfortable, spacious, and newly renovated flat. Cracking location, with a shaded balcony overlooking the harbour, where it all happens, and a large shaded terrace to the rear.

The kitchen is fine for breakfast and lunch prep. However if I had wanted to cook, which I didn't (it was 37C and we were surrounded by lovely restaurants...;-)) I would have found the kitchen limited in terms of equipment and working space.

Location was perfect. Comfortable apartment with an outside covered area to eat and a small balcony to watch the world go by.

The place was modern, clean, equipped like a quality hotel. The location was stunning - in the center of the village above the restaurants overlooking the beautiful harbor and the village. Charming and welcoming people. Below the place there is a restaurant serving breakfast, sweets and an ice cream parlor and it is owned by the same owners who also give 20% on everything to the guests of the place.

There is almost nothing we didn't like about the place. A small point is the parking issue but it is really negligible.

Appartamento curato e tutto nuovissimo. Materassi e cuscini super comodi! Posizione centralissima, proprio sulla piazza del grazioso paesino. Colazione con sconto presso il loro caffe’ Leonardo, top, porzioni abbondantissime e presentate con cura. Tutto buonissimo, compreso il gelato! Per la cena la proprietaria ci ha consigliato un ristorante tipico, che a nostro parere, ci ha preparato il cibo piu’ buono di tutto il Peloponneso. Ci siamo tornati per due sere consecutive 😋 Proprietaria gentilissima, molto disponibile e sempre sorridente. Se dovessimo ritornare da quelle parti, questo appartamento sarebbe di nuovo la nostra scelta.

This is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in! Happily situated in the centre of Agios Nikolaos, a perfect spot for the best restaurants, in easy reach of all of Mani attractions. Central, yet quiet. Beautiful apartment, perfect for a family of four. Spacious and cosy with great air conditioning. The beds were so comfortable we had a hard time getting up... The staff were lovely, always smiling and ready to help with any questions (and their restaurant serves fantastic breakfast and desserts).
