The lock on the door was not working amd I had to leave the door basically open, which did mot make me feel comfortable. The owner, however was super responsive and tried to find a solution

USThe unit is nice, clean and located conveniently close to Stanford campus and hospital. I will use again next time I am in the area.
USThis lovely home is nestled in a residential area of Palo Alto. Very nice home with character, and a lovely, well maintained yard. The house was roomy and well appointed, and we had a comfortable stay. Host was very responsive. It was very convenient to be allowed to park in the driveway, as well.
Minor things could be improved: there is a lockbox and guests get a physical key -- I prefer a programmable code that changes per guest. The water dispenser on the fridge didn't seem to work, but I didn't inquire about it during the stay.
USVery comfortable bed, slept very well. Beautifully appointed, great facilities. Amazing location. Very Close to downtown Palo Alto and Whole Foods. Nice private courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. Property manager Nolan (female) was very responsive to needs and questions. Excellent experience.
