Nothing. The owner cancelled, so basically we were not able to use the property for the days we booked. It is in a very sketchy place, no driveway. The place is as the picture provided, but no driveway so you will have to walk in sketchy slumpy place within the trees basically with even no pathways clear.

The owner is now evading my calls and messages, and would not refund me the amount. We were scammed.

Overall, Both Grace and Alvin were terrific as host to the location, Mr Don, the Owner was friendly and helpful during the check-in process and love the pool, and the AC as we are in the Philipines, so its a must for those visiting. Kareoke was fun and it was just a pleasant stay overall :) Thank you Don and TEAM 😃

no orientation or briefing upon arrival, the caretaker was nowhere to be found.water was not immediately available. the functionality of equipments and gadgets need to be looked into - of the 3 electric fans only one was functional,;the rice cooker was not functioning properly; pots and pans and the microwave were dirty. no toiletries were provided and the pool as advertised cannot be used. upon check out no word heard from the caretaker. i was very confident of what I read at booking.com because I have never experienced disappointments as far as previous bookings were concerned. However, this particular booking was a disgusting and totally disappointing one.

Well-coordinated instruction of the owner to the caretaker and we had the entire property rented for a night.

Would have been better if the pool is all set for swimming upon arrival. Also, an A/C unit could spell a big difference in terms of comfort of the occupants inside the main house.
