No lift, check-in counter in first floor, have to walk up the stairs to reach the counter. Staircase is quite narrow, only for 1 person at a time. We booked a triple room which is smelly when first entered. Staff helped to air sprayed the room. The air from the air-con sometime smelly. Bath area quite small & near to toilet. No partition & after shower the whole bathroom becomes wet. There is only 1 hook available in the bathroom for you to hang clothes. Basin also small & no shelf to put your cleansers, toothpaste, etc. Very basic facilities in the room, making our stay inconvenient. The only plus point is friendly staff. However, I would not recommend the hotel.
