Elia Bali heaven villa

We booked this villa for 9 nights because of its low rate but were forced to check out after just one night as the stay was uncomfortable, unhygienic, and unsafe for our family. We experienced loud chickens and dogs noises early in the morning, a faulty toilet flush, non-working bedroom light and WiFi, strong stuffy odors in both the bedroom and toilet, missing amenities such as a hairdryer, insufficient toilet paper and garbage bags, sticky floors, unclean cutlery, and a dirty swimming pool. The access to the villa and the surrounding environment were also run-down and poorly maintained. In addition, guests are required to pay separately for electricity. Although we were promised a 55KW electricity supply, the power stopped early on our first morning while my family was still sleeping. No instructions were provided on how to top up the electricity, and we received no response from the management. We were left without power and sweating for several hours, which caused significant discomfort and frustration. As a result, we decided to move out on the 2nd morning. Bali has many hotels available, and after this experience, we would not take the risk of booking a villa with many unexpected conditions that cannot be discovered from the listing or photos.
