* gentillesse et sympathie du personnel * accueil facilité avec un taxi qui nous attendait à l'aéroport, puis le trajet accompagné à pied pour éviter de se perdre dans la Médina la première fois ^^ * grande chambre confortable, avec la partie salon dans laquelle on entre, à droite la partie chambre avec un rideau entre les 2, et à gauche la partie salle de bains. * très grand lit bien confortable * il ne faisait pas chaud lors de notre séjour mais nous avons eu un radiateur portatif très efficace rapidement * le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse était simple mais bon, et préparé minute * situation idéale dans la Médina, proche de tout mais très au calme.. une fois que l'on a le plan en tête c'est plus facile ! Il y a tant à faire à pied autour de ce lieu où l'on se sent vite comme à la maison

* un rideau entre la salle de bains et le salon serait super * et une raclette pour le sol dans la salle de bains après la douche.. * des volets dans la chambre pourraient également être un plus :) Mais à part ces détails, rien ! Merci à toute l'équipe 🙏

Helpful, friendly staff accommodated our requests. Nice traditional breakfast. Beautiful building construction. Nice rooftop terrace. We stayed 3 nights and really loved our experience.

No window in our bedroom led to a slight damp feeling and odor, but not that bad. Shower took a while to heat up but was very hot once it got going.

La ubicación está cerca de todo lo principal, es cierto que cuesta encontrarlo la primera vez, las indicaciones para ello deberían estar más señalizadas pero después ya te haces. El personal agradable. Si tienes excursiones tienes que moverte del hotel para las recogidas.

Estuvimos 4 noches y 5 días y ninguno de los días hicieron la habitación, no se si es política del hotel, pero nunca me había pasado. Ni recogida de la bolsa de basura, ni camas… la verdad que sorprendente y de ahí mi puntuación. Entendemos que no todos los días, pero ningún día? Sorprendente. Se que no voy a un hotel de 4-5 estrellas, pero que menos que algún día de al menos limpieza de la habitación… Habitaciones con bastante ruido exterior.

Tutto! Davvero Riad ottimo, ci hanno coccolate sin da subito e sicuramente rimane un punto fermo per il prossimo viaggio a Marrakesch. Avendo prenotato con loro il transfer ci hanno accompagnate la prima volta e non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno di cercare indicazioni per arrivare al Riad, posizione davvero strategica. Si trova proprio di fianco alla piazza delle spezie e a 5 minuti dalla piazza principale passando per il souk! La colazione ottima ed abbondante! Pulizia eccellente. Avendo il volo in serata abbiamo lasciato custoditi I bagagli qui per poter girare l'ultimo giorno. Davvero sono proprio contenta di aver prenotato questo Riad, e il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo, straconsiglio.

The Riad was in a good location even if it was down a small side street but easy to get everywhere in the Medina and safe. The staff were great, helpful when they were around and the breakfast was good every morning.

It was difficult staying here for a week and not having access to a kitchen even just for water or coffee every morning. Room was hard to stay in that long, no where to put your stuff or even unpack and difficult to get in and out of the bed. The breakfast was very good but having the same thing for 7 mornings in a row got a bit much.
