The staff is very kind and helpful. We could leave our backpacks for the trip and then they even helped us get a taxi in a bussy evening. The hotel has great location near historic center of Arequipa

Nice clean room in a good location close enough to the main plaza. The included breakfast was simple but adequate.

Nothing really - it was an OK stay for 2 nights.

Staff, location, breakfast, and cleaning.

Our room was facing the main street which is really noisy. Request a room at the back of the building.
