The environment

The entrance looked nice and full of expectations we checked in. We had booked a room with a terrace, but we got a room with a small window with a view of a wall... The bathroom was dirty (green residue on the bath, hair...) When we asked for the other room it was possible to change (there were no other guests in the hotel), but the stench was unbearable. When we took a shower the water remained on the floor. To make matters worse the electricity was constantly clicking so it was impossible to sleep. We were going to stay here for 2 nights. We decided to leave here and book another hotel. We asked for our money back, luckily this was no problem!!
