It was absolutely fabulous, Exactly like the pictures! So, so beautiful

Slight sewage smell in the bathrooms sometimes but that’s just Bali and wasn’t an issue

Great design, very clean and staff were amazing. We had one night where the power went off twice which was inconvenient but the staff were responsive to messages and sorted the problem as quickly as they could.

Air-conditioning on first floor was ineffective and could not be fixed despite complaint, access to the property is narrow and cars struggle to get in sometimes
