Charming Oasis in NOLA

Very cute and clean inside! The beds were very comfortable, and the main en-suite bathroom was excellent! Brand-new appliances, and when we couldn't find a regular coffee maker, the owner had one delivered, along with some K-cups for the Keurig coffee maker, which we didn't use—good location for convenient trips into the Quarter or elsewhere downtown via Lyft or Uber.

More towels! There weren't enough bath hand towels for the four of us; in a place that sleeps six to eight, you would think there would be enough for that number, but we couldn't find any more. Nor any drying towels for the dishes. We couldn't find any automatic dishwasher soap either. A dishrack to put hand-washed dishes on would be great.

It was livable

Missing fixtures, dirty, holes in the walls and ceiling, broken curtains, blood or some other red liquid on the walls, falsely represented, location…

Upstairs neighbors were super loud, a bunch of grown men acting like children, running around banging and stomping throughout the night, other than that it was wonderful. Very clean, very spacious, bathrooms were great, especially the walk on shower. Very comfy.

We drove to the house and did not stay. The neighborhood was awful and did not appear safe. We were 3 women.There were holes in the street leading to the house. The houses next to it looked condemned. We were told we would have the house to ourselves. When we got there there were 2 cars in the driveway and no room for us to park. There was absolutely no parking near the house. There were cars all along the street near the house. I called Gabriel who manages the place about the lack of parking and he said “first come first serve “ and did not think the this was an issue. He suggested we drive around the neighborhood and find a parking spot.

See above. We never went into the house. We were anxious to leave the neighborhood

Everything was as the pictures show clean and very roomey

Nothing

The location was in a residential area and it was very easy to get to the Superdome. Entry was keyless and host sent me the code prior to arrival.

Really nothing. Everything was good.
