The trip was cancelled due to water damage. (Allegedly) We never received notification of the cancellation until we landed and called for the address. Terrible experience.

The location is ideal for the arena. The apartment is quiet inside the building. Host responds to messages.

Apartment door is very hard to unlock due to dodgy lock. The noise outside on a weekend night is horrendous until at least 2.00 am (nothing the host can do about that). The oven is filthy. TV only seems to work with Amazon Prime subscription which we weren't prepared to do.

The location was fantastic! Right at the top of Matthew Street where all the fab bars are!

There are no complaints about the property.
