The basin tap is loose, no hot water, there was no tv at first and after I complained they brought it but it had no signal so it wasn’t working, there was confusions with the payments.

The location is very convenient, as it is within easy walking distance to Forodhani Gardens, many museums, shops, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and everything in it, including the lights, refrigerator, as well as the shower, sink, and toilet all functioned well.

The bathroom was very small. Also, given the central location there was sometimes a bit of noise that could interfere with sleep (people talking loudly while walking past on the street below, the calls to prayer from the nearby mosque, construction), but nothing that wearing ear plugs probably couldn't block out.

The hotel was in the heart of the busy area of Stone Town so it was near all the nice touristy attractions, narrow market streets, restaurants and museums. The room was very spacious, clean and the bed big so more than enough for a solo traveller and also enough space for two people.

Since the hotel is in a vibrant area and my room was on the lowest floor, it was a bit loud and I was woken up by the noise of construction. However, I was very tired so sleeping was not really a problem 😁😁.

We booked it last minute and it was a great price! The room was clean with everything you need and close to the port.

Location, breakfast (delicious fruits and eggs!), big well-agenced room with a lot of free space and storage. Hot water!

Everything falls out when you start looking... The fridge cannot be plugged, the outlet is in the middle of the bed (why?). The other one is behind the bed... The bathroom is nice looking and... That's all. No water pressure in the sink! (only a few drops)
