Nashu House Stone Town

Всё понравилось, не могу сказать ничего плохого. Чисто, комфортно, хороший кондиционер, вежливые сотрудницы. Локация очень удачная. Могу порекомендовать это место.

В ванной комнате можно повесить пару ключков и добавить полочки, т.к. некуда класть вещи.

Very close to ferry, excellent quality-price. Very cheap, new furnitures, clean place. Ideal for few days staying. There is a small kitchen with possibility to cook and keep food in the fridge. Also the toilet in common is clean. Good staff: Rehema at the reception was really nice!

Very close to the mosque so maybe it can be annoying for someone, but it is quite usual here in Zanzibar

the staff are friendly and the location is good (if you disregard the fact that it is next to a mosque that is noisy until 10pm)

First, they put me in a room with two single beds, which was not what I had booked (but I didn't realize that at the time). I spent the first night there and it was very, very dirty. In addition, the hallway smells of cigarette smoke and the internet signal is weak in the room. The bathroom is always dirty, as there are basically men staying there and they pee on the toilet seat, and there is no water to flush the toilet absolutely every day, sometimes more than once a day.

Conveniently located close to the centre of Stone Town. Clean room, good internet, and really good value for money. We kept the room for some 12 hours after the normal check-out for a very reasonable rate.

A bit of confusion on our arrival at about 2am with the hotel requesting full payment in USD cash which we didn't have.

Everything was very clean, as well as the shared bathroom. Rooms looks same as in the pictures, only is smaller than it looked in the pictures, but it’s okay. Staff was really friendly and spoke good english.

Other guests were always smoking in the rooms, public areas (corridors) so the smoked reached to us which was not nice, most especially as we had a baby with us. Stricter rules as per speaking to them about it would have been nice. Also prayers and neighbours sounds are very loud until about 10pm, but this is normal quite everywhere in stone town, most especially on a Friday. If there is a powercut/low electricity there is no back up generator apparently so no AC and no fan are working…We were unfortunately woken up by the heat at 5am and couldn’t sleep until 1hour after it came back. A Water bottle in the room would be a plus or even a must
