당일 갑작스러운 취소로 숙박하지 못했습니다. 덕분에 모든 일정이 뒤로 밀렸고 숙박을 예약하느라 시간과 비용을 다 사용했어요.

호텔측에서는 계속 제가 답장이 없어서 취소되었다고 하는데 몇 시에 체크인할지 알려드렸고 그 시간에 승인했지만 답장이 없어서 취소되었다는 식으로 말했습니다. 하지만 부킹닷컴에는 숙박 확정이라 뜨고 업체에서는 부킹닷컴의 전산 오류라고 말합니다.
