Fire extinguishers not fitted onto the wall, but used as doors stood , this is unsafe practice and a breach of the RRO Very disappointing to find a tin of paint in the hallway and pieces of flooring. Put the key in apartment door and the first thing we saw was a mop and bucket and ironing board Insufficient plug sockets in relevant places Could not connect to the internet Lovely Coffee machine but no coffee Too hot with no instructions how to turn down heating Look forward to receiving a response from you on how you are going to reimburse me for this stay.
