Amazing stay with my parents during our Maldives vacation. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had all the kitchen items we needed. The location is perfect, with the beach, shops, and restaurants nearby. Special thanks to Prakash from housekeeping for keeping everything spotless and being very helpful. Also thanks to Ali for his excellent support with payments and guest services. The property feels safe with CCTV and a digital door lock. Highly recommended for families and anyone visiting Hulhumalé. We would definitely stay here again! 😊🏖️🌴

Sehr sauber, nettes Apartment

Kitchen was workable.

They collected additional money as a bank charge when I paid by card. I have traveled to several countries and have never been asked to pay an extra fee for card payments. More importantly, this charge was never disclosed to me during the booking process. I find this completely unacceptable. There is no proper front desk at the property. Without a mobile phone, it would be very difficult for guests to find anyone for assistance. After calling, you usually have to wait 10–15 minutes for someone to arrive. During that time, you are left waiting either on the road or in front of the apartment door. They also do not provide drinking water on a daily basis. According to them, complimentary water is provided only on the first day. However, in most hotels, drinking water is replenished every day. The location can be considered reasonably good, but access to the apartment is through a very narrow alley. The lift is extremely small and can accommodate only 3–4 people at a time, meaning luggage often has to be transported separately. There is no fan or ventilation inside the lift or in the waiting area outside the apartment. It becomes very hot while waiting, and there are no windows for airflow. This creates a very uncomfortable experience. Despite paying a significant amount for the accommodation, they still deducted approximately USD 15–20 as a bank charge, which was never mentioned to me in advance. These hidden costs were not disclosed before my stay. As tourists, we already pay government taxes, VAT, and other applicable charges. If the apartment rent already includes these fees, then why should guests be charged an additional amount simply for paying by card? This is my main concern. Businesses normally bear their own banking and transaction costs as part of their operations. Why should those costs be passed directly to the guest without prior notice? Another disappointing issue was that we requested drinking water on the second day, but it was not provided.

The place was spacious and cozy, the bathrooms and rooms were clean, the customers care service was excellent, they respond to your request in minutes, their hospitality was first class. Really enjoyed our stay and recommend anyone to try.

Blízko Tree Top Hospital, kde jsem se stravoval. Relativně blízko na městskou pláž. Hned u domu 3 občerstvení, ale nezkusil jsem. Obchody blízko. Ubytování čisté a pohodlné, klimatizované ložnice a personál velice příjemný. S čímkoli pomohou. Úklid v ceně po domluvě. Prodlužky s evropskými zásuvkami, adaptéry nebyly potřeba.

Nejbližší okolí domu je trochu špinavé, ale jinak jsem se cítil bezpečně. Všude plno lidí, mužů, ale všichni uctiví. Okna jsou na naše poměry netěsná, je slyšet ulice, ale ložnice jsou směrem do bloku a ne do ulice.

Appartamento molto grande e fornitissimo. Personale super disponibile, e sempre presente sia fisicamente che via WhatsApp. Posizione ottima, quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo ma a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e da ristoranti/locali/supermercati.

Location is perfect, Not very far from airport & male city, you can reach everywhere from this apartment, hulhumale public beach is 7 minutes to walk ,Staffs are very friendly & polite Place is very good for shopping, lots of department store under need the building, Also have lots of restaurant around there I 100% recommend this apparttments for family living.

For me no complain.
