The Sandcastle at Tiki

Private and easy beach access, rinse off shower area outside the house, amazing ocean view, shaded balcony facing the ocean. Beds were comfortable, linnens clean, central air conditioning worked well. Rooms had satisfactory TVs with the living room having a dvd player and many, many family friendly movies to onjoy.

The entire space had a musky, old house odor. I would called the old gramma, grampa house. The washer rubber seal was molded all the way around, had to be cleaned prior use. The hallway bathroom shower had very low water pressure, ended up using the 2nd shower in the master bedroom most of the times instead. Kitchenware was provided/available on site, however, dishes were poorly cleaned, it took us scrubbing with dawn dish soap to before we would dare to use it.

Everything especially the view and close walk to everything and right on the beach.

Some people were parking under the parking deck with no parking passes or parking behind you where you couldn’t get out.

What I didn’t like about the property is the checkout is too early
