Camelback Waterpark Pool-hot tub-sauna-kayak

This was a perfect please for our family. We traveled with adult children, and we could have the upstairs loft with the bathroom while they had the two bedrooms downstairs and shared a bathroom. The main level was roomy enough that six of us never felt crowded. The owner was very responsive to our messages. We loved just having to walk across the parking lot to get to the slopes.

The upstairs bathroom is very skinny. We had to turn sideways to get to the toilet.

Great location, great amenities. Kitchen well stocked. Fantastic closeness to the slopes!

Showers, door knobs falling off and no privacy for the primary bedroom. Please include instructions on bring your own towels to pool area and wood for the fireplace. And do not place lighter fluid near the fireplace.

The property was a short drive to Camelback resort and Aquatopia water park. It offered plenty of beds so it was convenient that everyone had their own bed in our part of 6.

The property was in unsafe condition, especially if traveling with children. There was and exposed electric outlet, missing smoke detector, glass coffee pot had a whole in it with sharp edges, a drawer with no bottom in the dresser, a cracked tv in the room where the children slept, chipped paint everywhere. The freshness of the bedding was questionable. We were charged $150 cleaning fee and were still asked to remove the bedding and start the washer, wash our dishes and take out the garbage. When we went to start the washer and the dishwasher we realized they were both full, which made me question if the house was cleaned prior to our arrival at all. Over all the property is unsafe and the price charged for it is not justified.

Lovely location, very clean and well accommodating, beds were super comfy!
