- parking spot - nice bathroom

- thin walls - you can hear neighbors and some noice from the street - "Italian breakfast" - just coffee and some crackers, so if you expect some food you need to find some bar/restaurant in the neiborhood

"Perfect"

A very nice place, clean and pleasantly decorated. The owner Riccardo was very friendly and helpful, we felt taken care of. Close to shops and the old town. Typical Italian breakfast: croissant and coffee.
