At first sight the room looked clean w views of the lake. I arrived early after overnight bus but they were kind enough to let me have a room to rest in once it had been freed up. Location is also not bad. Host seemed nice at first.

- No hot water shower - depends on your luck as some reviews said there was hot water. When I raised this to the owner he simply asked me to shower in the shared toilet as it would take too long to fix the issue. I asked again to have hot water in my room as the shared toilet was cramp and small and he again he asked i use the shared toilet. When I didn't want to give in, that's when he started coming off rather passive aggressive. He didn't fix the shower but credits to him for bringing buckets of hot water to my room although done begrudgingly. - Cleanliness questionable - Sheets had stains on them. Woke up to hives (usually happens when the surface I'm on is dirty) and found what looked like bedbugs on my pillow. Checked out immediately at 4am and found a place that had much better hospitality and rooms for same price. - Hospitality - Didn't feel particularly welcome to the place. Host seemed nice at first but the moment you raise any issues he comes off nonchalant and rather paggro. Saw him in a heated exchange with another guest as well.

Sunset views from the balcony were great. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and shops, but quiet at night (make sure to ask for a higher level room). Great value

I had a really great stay here in Pokhara. The owner genuinely went out of his way to take care of everything I needed. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well looked after. He even offered me complimentary drinks, which was a really nice touch after a long trip. What stood out the most was how helpful he was with my trekking plans. He provided trekking equipment at a very reasonable price and made the whole process easy. On top of that, he also helped arrange transportation for me without any hassle. It didn’t feel like a typical stay — it felt personal. You can tell he truly cares about his guests and wants them to have a smooth and enjoyable experience. I left Pokhara with a great impression, and a big part of that is because of him. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place where people actually take care of you, not just provide a room.

Очень удачно расположен, рядом все есть. И обменники и магазины и кафе. Выход на набережную. Вид из нашего окна был на озеро. Мы забронировали на две ночи. Потом сходили в Муктинатх и при возвращении в Похару заселились вновь в этот отель Он управляться семьёй. На ресепшене очень вежливый молодой человек, готовый всегда помочь. Нас все устроило. Спасибо. Рекомендую.
