Mare di Liguria Apartment by Wonderful Italy

If you drive, perfect location. Easy to reach Sanremo, Imperia, Nice and Monaco. Close to Conad supermarket, walking distance to Carrefour Market that has literally everything plus fresh local produce. Apartment was clean, towels provided. Very spacious with lovely garden and balcony with amazing sea view. Utility room was unexpected bonus. Kitchen has all necessary utensils.

Two bathroom were great however water pressure was quite poor, and often just cold water ran making it impossible to use both of them at the same time. There were 4 of us, two adults with two children. After second shower it was hard to get a decent water temperature and pressure. But it was still just a mild inconvenience with everything else apartment has to offer. If they offered longer stays like 2 weeks we’d definitely come back.

Stayed for 13 nights, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Property is spacious with everything you need for a holiday stay and more. It was very clean and well furnished. Great sea view from balcony. Apartment is in a quiet and clean building with Lift. Had undercover garage for car which was definitely needed as no street parking nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Showers were temperamental with issues with water pressure and temperature…if another faucet was on shower pressure and temperature would drop but wasn’t a a huge issue. Definitely need a car there as although they say beach is walking distance parts of the route to beach and nearest supermarket has no pavements and property is on a busy road and as there were roadworks also, didn’t feel it was safe to walk.
